All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice; confirmed orders are not affected.

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or a call from one of our team, or once you confirm the order via WhatsApp.
We accept Cash on Delivery and the online card/wallet payment methods shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a pricing error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud.

We deliver across Egypt within 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
